No Man's Sky Find Settlement
Keep moving effectually. Fly to a different spot on the moon, several minutes away, and endeavour over again. Keep doing that until a settlement is detected. I had the aforementioned problem on the tropical moon where my settlement is located.
1. Become a map
2. Land on the planet yous wish to have the settlement on
iii. Activate the map
My first was in the same organisation only not on my planet,(Flourish) later on watching ane of Khaze videos, it worked for me to move to my planet. No guarantees.. but give it a shot.

i dont find whatever settlement at that place, been trying for over an hour, is it easier/faster to just search for another paradise planet?

You are using planetary charts, right? I bought ten charts from the vendor and went through half a dozen before I finally constitute a settlement on my moon. If your scans come upward empty, wing to the other side of the moon and try again.
Like the signal booster the settlement map will trigger with nearest distance, and then it's obvious that if information technology doesn't work multiple times you need to movement before you endeavour once more. Irresolute your location to some other hemisphere of where you stand up on the planet when using the map is the outset thing to do.

ok now i found one, took a while, also i used the nautical chart on another planet.
Yeah, it really is kinda of a gamble. (And a pain in the ass)
Friend of mine found a settlement on his planet first try, seen live streams where they got lucky...
I tried 25 times, then moved to another place on the same planet, tried another 25 times, moved over again... took me 2 hours and almost 300 tries to become a sttlement on the planet i wanted it to be on.
At least, you don't do it every day.
